'& Flow' summer workshop series @ Tanz Zentrale Leipzig.
An open level ranging from Beginners with experience to Advanced. The workshops are set up that you can join for just a day to focus on that days goal and vision or for maximum output join all 3 at a discounted price and develop through opening your eyes, delving into new creative outlooks and embracing all that awaits.
Day 1- Release & Flow
Day 2-Momentum & Flow
Day 3-Expression & Flow
We will explore contemporary dance techniques through states of energetic release and flow, with each day focusing on a distinct quality of movement. The workshops introduce new tasks, challenges, and exercises daily, while maintaining a continuous thread that allows the training to build progressively. Alongside this shared practice, there is space for individual growth and for connecting with like-minded movers. Participants are encouraged to explore new ideas while deepening their connection to their own movement language.
