Creative Contemporary Workshops- Sunday 15.02.26, 11:30-13:00 & 13:15-14:45
Creative  Contemporary workshop @ Tanzerei Flugfisch. These workshops focus on creativity & improvisation. Contemporary techniques with dynamic movement, partner work, choreography and the joy of dancing. You can join without booking but prior booking is recommended. To book contact me via email or Instagram, both are linked at the bottom of this site. Recommended donation is 10-15€ per Workshop, pay cash or PayPal at location.
Beginners: 11:30 until 13:00
Intermediate: 13:15 until 14:45
Contemporary Flow & Floorwork Workshops- Saturday, 28.02.26 & Sunday, 15.03.26
Contemporary Flow & Floorwork workshop @ Tanzstudio Tendance. 
The workshop is open to everyone and offers a playful introduction to the world of contemporary dance. The goal is to find joy in movement, build strength and confidence in one’s own body, and develop greater confidence in dancing.
We begin with guided group warm-ups, take time to learn new movements and techniques step by step, and then incorporate them into combinations or short choreographies. All exercises are offered in different variations, so you can decide for yourself how challenging you want them to be.
Timings: The workshop is split into two on each day. Allowing people to only join for the first 1.5 hours or after a small break enjoy all 3 hours. Saturday 28.02- 11:00 til 12:30, then continues 13:00 til 14:30. Sunday, 15.03- 13:30 til 15:00, continues 15:30 til 17:00.
