'& Flow' summer workshop series @ Tanz Zentrale Leipzig.
An open level ranging from Beginners with experience to Advanced. The workshops are set up that you can join for just a day to focus on that days goal and vision or for maximum output join all 3 at a discounted price and develop through opening your eyes, delving into new creative outlooks and embracing all that awaits.

We will explore contemporary dance techniques through states of energetic release and flow, with each day focusing on a distinct quality of movement. The workshops introduce new tasks, challenges, and exercises daily, while maintaining a continuous thread that allows the training to build progressively. Alongside this shared practice, there is space for individual growth and for connecting with like-minded movers. Participants are encouraged to explore new ideas while deepening their connection to their own movement language.

Rhythm & Flow Workshop, 15th October 2026, 18:00-20:00
Rhythm & Flow Contemporary dance Workshop @ Tanz Zentrale Leipzig.
An open level ranging from Beginners with experience to Advanced (prior dance experience strongly advised).
Introducing Rhythm & Flow because flow in contemporary dance doesn’t have to mean slow or one continuous state. In this workshop, we combine flow and rhythm to create interesting dynamics while staying free and connected in the body.
We’ll combine the easygoing energy of breath and flow with fun rhythmic changes, exploring a variety of musical styles. We’ll warm up together, learn phrases, play with patterns and rhythm, and explore how these elements can influence the way we move.
We’ll also work towards learning a longer choreography, while allowing space for improvisation to feed into and inspire the movement.
